I am a life coach (and recovery coach) who also paints and writes. Throughout the years I have developed and grown as a coach. Over time I have been drawn more and more to combining my passion for creating with my passion for coaching. To improve my writing skills I am writing for a variety of publications including medium. Most of my articles are about personal experiences and what other people shared with me. Sometimes I try to tackle world issues but stay away from becoming political.

Even as a child I was a bookworm. I treasure every single book and prefer to read a "real" book versus using a device. I love words and it is a thrill to write in English, my second language.
